Night sign topless gaffe on Catalina sparks city row
A Catalina Island bra dispute surrounds a Chi Chi club sign showing a topless girl at night when illuminated. Clarita Fazzari faces pressure from city officials and residents, while a daytime outline keeps the image demure. Nearby, a 27th wedding anniversary trip to Catalina features Lowell and Betty Harvey with a White House card from the Nixons. Restauranteur Jerry Bagliazo runs the Winchester Inn, touted for roast prime rib au jus and top sirloin as part of a broader island feature.
