Kidnapped 16 Year Old Girl Freed In Texarkana Case

Karen Vickers a 16 year old Texarkana High School junior was released unharmed after 27 hours of captivity. Three men were arrested and five charged with kidnapping with five named suspects including Bryant Feggett Smith Tasby and Burkhalter, two at large. Bond set at 25000 cash for Bryant Feggett and Smith.
