McMinnville College Wins State Oratorical Contest
The McMinnville College team claimed the state oratorical title in Villard hall amid college spirit. Harvery B Denrmore of Oregon delivered the winning oration The Voice of Labor. A banquet followed in the gymnasium with toasts from each college in the association and a full reception for delegates and guests.
