She seeks to prove residence and timber claim on NE of Section with township five range seven west before Polk County Clerk in Dallas Oregon on August 9 1902. Witnesses H B Kelso L Smith Vidi Kelso and Riley Burbank.
Notice is given that Vina Kelso of Independence Oregon filed a sworn statement for the SE of section in Township 85 Range 7 W Polk County Oregon under the Timber Land Act of 1875. Witnesses include Joe Smith Sadie Smith Riley Burbank and B H Kelso. Claims must be filed by August 4 1902 with Chas KB Moores Register. First pub June 2.
