Regents plan to back a bill to fund land acquisition and two new structures at Monmouth Normal School. An administration building and a dormitory are proposed with a condition of a 12 grade public school on an adjoining block. The bill targets about $160,000. a separate $20,000 high school may be erected by Monmouth.
