Busy Session Court Hears Polk County Trials Through Week
The December term of Polk County Circuit Court opens with Judge Burnett presiding and many cases disposed. Indictments include Falls City clerks and soft drink proprietors charged under local option laws. Numerous civil actions proceed. several judgments and continuances noted along with bail for multiple defendants. Tuesday’s Observer records dismissal of murder in the first degree against A J Hembree.
