At the last regular meeting the Library Association treasurer reported 4 dollars real sum on hand and Big Day receipts of 147.20 with expenses of 4.75. Thanks were given for Tag Day which allowed adding numerous books. Reading rooms will be open weekdays 7 to 9 PM for December evenings.

Oldest Linn County Pioneer Family Reunites at Fair
Seven surviving members of Linn County’s oldest pioneer family gathered at the Linn County fair in Scio for the first time in 49 years. The last full reunion occurred in 1862.
