Hyde Park to Run Summer Youth Centers in Churches
Agencies and churches unite to launch a Hyde Park summer youth program with three church centers staffed by five professionals and volunteers. The Coordinating Committee for Youth in Hyde Park leads plans with representatives from the Hyde Park Cooperative Ministry Council of Churches and Synagogues YMCA Neighborhood Club YWCA and local conferences. CCC Meets Tonight Sets Public Housing Hearing

The Shah of Iran attended a dedication ceremony at the University of Chicago to inaugurate a new building site named in his honor.
