Terms note two dollars per annum payable semiannually with a higher rate after year end. No paper issued until all arrearages are paid except by editors. Advertisements run three times for one dollar per square with twenty five cents for each additional insertion. A liberal annual advertising discount offered. Various produce and other items advertised.
