Between 5 000 and 6 000 American troops pulled back from Cambodia in the last five days while 9 000 to 10 000 remain beyond the border. A legislative committee leading the Southland Racing Corp inquiry told the Arkansas Legislative Council that further hearings are needed before recommendations to the 1972 legislature. Chairman Rep Eugene Stil of Blytheville said testimony from James R.
