Paul T. Morgan 70 retired Texarkana Gazette Daily News manager died of a heart attack after being found slumped in his car at 2th and Pine Streets. He retired May 1, 1964 after a long career with Palmer papers and the State Journal. Survivors include son Germain Morgan and daughter Mrs Harry Richmond. Funeral plans pending.
