One killed three injured in Arkansas highway crash
One person died and three were injured in a one vehicle accident on U.S. 70 sixteen miles northeast of Forrest City Arkansas. Randy Eugene Brown 20 of West Memphis was killed when the pickup veered off the shoulder struck a bridge railing and lay in a water-filled ditch. Driver Jimmy Dell Hall 18 of West Memphis was injured along with Debra Jean Flowers 18 and Teresa Ann Meeks 17, both of West Memphis.
