Refugee intake at Ft Chaffee draws questions on care

An Army spokesman at Ft Chaffee, where up to 20,000 Vietnamese refugees are expected to arrive this week, said he did not know where food, clothing, doctors or other needed items would come from. Lt. Col. Victor Keefe noted the plan is to provide bare essentials for up to 90 days or longer, while Brig. Gen. James Cannon at Ft. Sill would lead the program.

Hope schools art show winner and Bayside ties
