Notable observations after living abroad
After years in Switzerland and Europe, Doug Bras Brouwer and his wife returned to Holland Michigan. They note fewer people attend state church in Switzerland, Dutch churches rely on members, heavy traffic after services in Holland, reuse of grocery bags due to waste, and language dynamics where Swiss learn English early. He aims to learn Spanish. Contact douglas.brouwer@gmail.com.
