Community concert series launches at Grand Haven stadium
Hanks announced a free summer concert series funded by a Grand Haven Area Community Foundation grant with sponsorships and donations. Opening acts start at 6 15 p m Fridays and headliners from 7 to 8 30 p m with alcohol free events. The inaugural lineup features The Sea The Sea The Pat McGee Band The Talbott Brothers Seth Grier and The Young Fables. Several artists have played Seven Steps Up before and will perform outside the venue. The goal is original music by artists not active in other West Michigan summer series and organizers plan ticketed shows next year. Four ticketed Summer Sessions are planned annually for 2022 and beyond.
