No charges yet for driver in Allegan County crash
Allegan County Sheriffs Office says the driver who killed Logan Thunderland Allbaugh and Hannah Mae Allbaugh has not been charged. The July 17 three car crash at 128th Avenue and M-40 in Heath Township injured two others. autopsy and toxicology results are delaying a prosecutor review by weeks.
