Ottawa County sheriff says a West Olive man shot his wife at their Port Sheldon Township home and then wounded himself. The 53-year-old woman, Sherrilee Suzanne McNeal, died at the scene. her husband, Michael McNeal, is in critical condition. The couple’s 17-year-old son was present. The case will go to the prosecutor for review. charges pending.
The Allegan County sheriff's Office found a Mazda 6 and shoes tied to two Holland area robberies. A male suspect, 5 ft 6 in to 5 ft 7 in, wore blue jeans, a dark jacket, camouflage face covering and black white Converse shoes. At Mobil Gas and Spa Gas, the suspect demanded cash with a handgun then fled. Anyone with information urged to contact police.
