Jefferson City Missouri and across the United States lawmakers weigh tougher sexual harassment rules after months of misconduct accusations. A 50 state AP review shows most chambers have some written policy now, though details vary and emphasis on prevention grows.
The Michigan Legislature will require more frequent anti harassment training for all lawmakers and staff. Previously training was only after election in the House or Senate. Starting next week in the Senate and in February in the House, all legislators and staff will undergo updated instruction.
Holland Christian High School resumes Winterim a weeklong outside curriculum program in its third year. Students explore fields from crochet and improv to car maintenance and escape rooms, with projects at Worksighted, Hope College, Crown Motors and more. Each student commits at least 30 hours at internship sites to experience real work life.
