Ryke's Bakery Expands to Holland in 2019
Ryke's Bakery will move into the former Blockbuster at 660 Chicago Drive Suite 240 Holland with a planned January 2019 opening. Founded in Muskegon in 1937, the shop was bought by Su Hwan Kim in 2016, who outlined ambitions for new locations including Holland and Grand Haven. The Grand Haven site opened at 623 A Way in 2017. The Holland cafe will feature cakes donuts pies pastries cupcakes and cookies with a full service menu. transfer of menu items to Holland remains undecided.
