Attorney Geoffrey Fieger announced a $100 million federal lawsuit against Oxford Community Schools claiming officials allowed 15 year old Ethan Crumbley to return to class with a gun and ammo despite clear warnings. The suit alleges civil rights violations and gross negligence harming Bella and Riley Franz and other students.

Survived by brother Ken Essenburg and three children Vincent Boraas Jr Diana Kane and Melissa Olsen with six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Private graveside service per her wishes.
