East Hawaii County Officials Begin Governing
East Hawaii officials opened the first Board of Supervisors meeting at noon on Monday January 4 in the Fourth Circuit Court. Stephen L Desha Eugene Lyman Makekau Lalakea and Palau convened with County Attorney John A Smith and Clerk N K Lyman as bonds and appointments framed for road supervisors and the Hilo water works.
