75 Merchants In Window Contest Draws 75 Entries
The Men's Progress Club of Hill side reports 75 applications from local merchants for a Halloween window painting contest. George Waldman chairs the effort with Dr. Wayne Branom and Elaine Cohen guiding school art teachers. Prizes honor three student groups with categories for most artistic, funniest, and most weird. Window work due by October 30 and judged November 2 by David Gonzer and two volunteers.
