Elizabeth town Gas Co reports tax cuts will finance a $4.29 million 1964 expansion program. President John K. In tells stockholders the tax savings will fund new construction and deliver immediate consumer benefits through improved services and facilities at the annual meeting in Elizabeth on March 10.
