Diamond Urges Ethics Code For Township Officials
Township Committeeman Robert Diamond urged adoption of a Code of Ethics to regulate all elected and appointed officials and municipal employees. He cited conflicts of interest between public duties and outside business or professional interests, and raised questions on attorney roles, outside employment, real estate purchases, voting on related matters, approving outside vouchers, and accepting gifts.
