Hillside Professional Building variance delayed by zoning board
The Zoning Board of Adjustments reserved a decision on a variance for a three story elevator serviced Hillside Professional Building on Liberty Ave opposite the Municipal Building. A prior variance allowed a two and a half story building due to parking shortages. The board also approved Roland Fedorczyk's request to install two dormer windows at 551 Buchanan St, noting the 35 foot lot width versus the required 40 feet.
