The Agricultural Hall of Fame was dedicated Thursday near Kansas City Kansas with representatives from a dozen foreign nations attending the ceremony. Ground was broken for the five million dollar center to farming located twelve miles west of the city.

Entertainments Planned for Women at Motor Carriers Meet
The four day North Carolina Motor Carriers Association convention in Pinehurst opens Sept 27 with registrations, a spare ribs cook-out at Mile Away Farm hosted by W C Moss, and a show of more than 50 horses. Guest speakers include Robert J Cooper and Dr Carlyle Marney. The program features golf tournaments, skeet shoot, hunting dogs and a Say It With Music costume ball by Lester Lanin, plus a Ladies program with bingo bridge and golf breakfasts.
