ReaLemon Antitrust Suit Faces Licensing Ruling
A Federal Trade Commission judge ruled that Borden Inc owner of ReaLemon must license others to produce the reconstituted lemon juice product. The decision found monopoly power in processed lemon juice, with ReaLemon dominating up to 90 percent of the market and commanding a premium price. The ruling, 170 pages, is being appealed to the FTC commission.

Fabric Displays Opens Plant on Baker Road
Fabric Displays Inc. begins operations at 917 Baker Road with about two weeks of production already done and a plan to employ about 190 when fully staffed.
