31 Killed as Swedish Plane Crashes Near Angelholm
A Linjeflyg Convair 440 crashed near Barkakra field in rain and fog while approaching Angelholm making 31 fatalities. Among the dead were three Swedish MPs Gunnar Weibull Gestavore Bengtsson and Eva Karlsson. The crew perished, while two hostesses and a 10 year old girl survived.
