Marcel Bardet Named Chef For Top Of The Mart
Marcel L Bardet appointed chef of the Top of the Mart Restaurant on the fifth floor of the Southern Furniture Exposition Building in High Point. He previously led foods and special services at Augusta Country Club, trained at Ecole Hoteliere Paris, and worked in New York and Charleston before moving to High Point with wife Cecile and two children.
