Armstrong said the Chamber of Commerce backs expanding the Industrial Cooperative Training ICT program from 10 to 12 months to let students continue in summer as part of school work. Funds exist to operate through June 30 with hopes for 1974-75 state funds to cover 45 more days and hire 1 or 2 coordinators to supervise youth in jobs otherwise unavailable to under 18 workers.
