11 Months Sentences Suspended in Thomasville Court
Roy Leverett aged 53 of Lexington received six months for drunken driving four months for speeding and 30 days for violating prohibition laws all suspended for five years upon paying fines totaling 185 dollars and court costs his license restricted for five years. Four others charged with drunken driving also received six month suspended sentences with 100 dollar fines and a one year license restriction. One defendant Leroy Ridge was sentenced to six months on a suspended term with a 300 dollar fine and costs. Jackie Stewart found guilty of carrying a concealed weapon received six months suspended and 25 dollar costs. the weapon was ordered disposed of.
