Only four states allow under 21 voting. Georgia Kentucky Alaska Hawaii have lowered ages.
A United Airlines Boeing 727 with 99 passengers and seven crew landed in Atlanta after being hijacked near Pittsburgh and refueling for a two hour flight to Havana. FBI and airport police secured the scene while the jet was fueled and other traffic continued.
