Man Facing Driving Charge in Thomasville
Vinson Victor Gore 34 of College Street was charged with drunken driving after police late Friday. Gore was arrested at Community General Hospital and booked in the Lexington county jail. Arthur Thomas Batten 24 of Mendenhall Street faced larceny charges for taking guns from Willie C. Hayes and was freed on $200 bond with a March 18 district court trial. a March 25 hearing set for Arthur Joseph Everhart of Church Street on illegal storage of a motor vehicle after letting it sit on a city street without a license, with a $25 bond posted.
