Berlin June 23. Field Marshal Hermann Goering, head of the four year program for economic independence, ordered that from July 1 all German men and women in any profession will be liable to temporary labor service for the state.

Seven army fliers perished today when a twin motor military plane crashed during a night training flight over central France. Bodies of five officers of the air general staff a radio operator and a mechanic were recovered from the wreckage.
