Four Are Promoted At High Point Bank
High Point Bank and Trust Co. announced four staff promotions at its annual meeting. Roy L. Webster and Harold L. Boone were elevated to vice president from assistant vice president. John C. Pierce became vice president and manager of the insurance department, and Herbert J. Scruggs Jr. was raised to assistant cashier from an assistant in the time payment department.
