Sampson seeks to change a Greensboro tract from residential to heavy industrial near Guilford College James Town Road and U.S. 421. P A Ellison proposes rezoning East Fork Drive area in Florence Hills to permit a motel. W G Borrow requests agricultural to industrial zoning on Linville Road in Oak Ridge Township for oil storage tanks. The 7:30 p m meeting is in the County Commissioners' Meeting Room at the Guilford County Administration Building.

High Point Names 1970 Heart Fund Drive Chairman
Jim Sloan, 35, named chairman of the 1970 Heart Fund Drive in High Point. He is VP of Swaim Supply Co., a resident since 1961, married to Patricia Anne Swaim with two children Dan and Michelle. He serves on the Emerywood Baptist Church board of deacons and was Scoutmaster of Troop No. 2. The drive begins in February.

Zoo Authority Sets Meeting in Charlotte
