Eugene Lloyd Morrell, 18, of Waterville Minnesota, escaped from a federal prison yesterday. About four hours later he flagged down a car for a ride, not recognizing it was a highway patrol car in the dark. Patrolman George Manning identified him and drove him back to the prison.
