Born This Day A Savior Scripture Luke 2 1 40
Christmas marks God entering the world to fulfill prophecy and prepare humanity for eternity. Luke’s account anchors the birth in secular history with Caesar Augustus and Cyrenius as governor of Syria, dating Jesus’ birth to BC five. Shepherds fear not as the angel proclaims a Savior and Christ the Lord born in Bethlehem.
