City of High Point to sell 824000 bonds including 17000 Street Improvement Bonds and 7000 Assessment Bonds from 1917 authorizations. Bonds bear 6 percent annual interest, payable semiannually. Sale by sealed proposals at 12 noon September 21 1918 in City Manager’s office. Notice to appear in local newspaper at least ten days before sale.
