Guilford County planners will form a work program for next year guided by a survey showing needs for low income housing and water sewer lines in rural areas. The plan will go to commissioners for approval as the county also pursues a capital budget ahead of demand and considers mobile home ordinances and multi family zoning west of Greensboro near Friendship Airport.
