Hershey Men’s Chorus Plans Season Start and Growth
The Hershey Men’s Chorus will begin work on Tuesday October 5 with rehearsals twice monthly until January then weekly. A meeting outlined a two day Spring festival and an October 6 organization with officers and committees to form a permanent group open to local and out of town men seeking to join. The chorus aims for at least fifty voices and to expand within the community.

Hershey Store Announces Largest Birthday Cake Ever Made
The Hershey Store will unveil a 175 pound Birthday Surprise Cake baked under master baker Charles Eissner. The four layer cake, 18 inches tall and three feet in diameter, uses 80 pounds sugar and 45 pounds flour. It will be cut on Saturday September 25, with portions available to patrons.
