Night School Opens October 2 in Hershey
The Hershey Y M C A will run a night school starting Monday October 2 at 7 30 pm with three weekly sessions on Monday Wednesday and Friday. Tuition is 2 00 regardless of course, textbooks free, courses include bookkeeping penmanship and common branches, five month term, 12 applicants already filed, enroll by September 29.

Factory to Install New Press and Embosser
The factory will install a large Miehle press No 2 and a Seybold embosser with a Dexter self feeder. A large shipment arrived including label paper for almond bars and five cent milk chocolate labels, wrapper coating paper, postal card stock, and book paper for advertising. The embosser will be the third of its kind at the plant.

A deer escaped its enclosure at Hershey Park on Monday afternoon about 2 30. It leaped a wire fence and fled along Spring Creek then turned toward Derry Church. Residents chased it through streets alleys and over fences, with the animal moving toward the ravine behind Derry Church.
