Reported around 10 30 am last Thursday residents near the Hershey Garage heard a loud explosion followed by shattered windows. Bill Fredericks and A Bowman Snavely narrowly escaped when a steel compressor tank, weighing about 150 pounds and filled with 100 pounds of air, shot upward and then crashed nearby.
