Y M C A Membership Contest a Great Success
The YMCA membership drive from mid March to Decoration Day May 30 added forty new members, bringing total to 145. Albert Snavely won $10 for fourteen new members, with J R Black eight Ezra F Hershey seven and Jas K Putt six. Black Hershey and Putt each received $5 prizes. vice president G H Moyer gave the presentation.

Ladies Guild Strawberry Festival at Derry Church
The Ladies Guild of the Presbyterian Church will hold a strawberry festival on Wednesday evening June 8 at the Hershey Hose House. Proceeds will fund pews for the church with strawberries ice cream aprons and fancy articles for sale offered to guests.
