Judge Harold Medina will speak at Columbia Law School on a part time basis. His career includes a 1918 solo practice, a 1947 bench appointment by Truman, and a record of notable trials including the 1949 Communist leaders case and a major civil anti trust suit. He married Ethel Forde Hillyer in 1911 and has two sons and six grandchildren.

Hershey Community Club tennis team opened the 1955 Inter County League by defeating York 6-3 on home courts. The netmen then completed a 9-0 shutout of Berks County Tennis Club to extend their undefeated streak to 37 straight wins in the Lehigh Valley League opener.

The Bowling Belles, led by Captain Norma O'Neal who had the season's high average, received the league trophy at a Campbelltown banquet. Left to right: Dorothy J.
