Hershey prepares a Dutch themed observance with a union religious service at Hershey Stadium on Sunday afternoon. Rev. Dr. Harry F. Baughman of Gettysburg Lutheran Theological Seminary will speak. No admission charged and programs are free, with facilities donated by Hershey Estates.
Five high school teams Steelton William Penn John Harris Middletown and Chambersburg will play a round robin six game card at Hershey Stadium on Sept 10 benefiting the Keystone Area Boy Scout Council. Proceeds aid Camp Hidden Valley. Admission one dollar adults fifty cents children.
Airman David G. Schwenk son of Mr and Mrs E W Schwenk of 24 E Caracas Ave has been promoted to Airman Second Class at Pope Air Force Base Ft Bragg NC He was assigned to Pope last month and is continuing training there under the air force program
