Music From Film Sound Tracks In Hershey Dell
A free outdoor concert of recorded music from film sound tracks is set for next Thursday evening in the Dell of the Rock Garden at Hotel Hershey. Ronald E. Keener will present selections from The Robe Anything Goes Brigadoon Around the World in 80 Days The King and I and Victory at Sea. If rain, the event moves to Milton Hershey High School.

The Dark Tops a Lebanon Valley College vocal quartet will perform a special program at Friday night Teen Canteen. Announcement came from John Meszaros president of the Hershey Optimist Club which sponsors the youth center with the club.

Hershey Boys Complete Scout Training Course
David Piergallini and a Hershey Troop 108 member, son of Mr and Mrs John Piergallini, completed a junior leadership training course at Camp Schiff Mendham New Jersey. They were among a select group of 200 Scouts nationwide. The course teaches advanced skills for Scout leadership in home troops.
Learn-to-Swim Draws 153 Hershey Area Girls
Hershey Community Club launches basic swimming lessons for non member girls ages 8 to 12. Kathleen Lewis directs the program with Roberta Swart assisting at the Women’s Club pool. Participants split by area include 58 from Hershey, Hummelstown, Palmyra regions and 38 from Hummelstown Union Deposit. Registration closed last Thursday and the sessions began this Monday.
