Henderson County health clinic marks 50 years of service
The Blue Ridge Community Health Center celebrated its 50th anniversary at a gala at Kenmure Country Club. Officials noted BRCHS is the oldest continuously operating federally qualified clinic in America, serving about 13,000 uninsured patients annually with 160 employees and a $5 million payroll.
