Balfour Parkway Named Top Long Range Traffic Plan
Henderson County Transportation Advisory Committee discussed a new state highway funding formula prioritizing strategic mobility, regional and division projects. The plan, backed by Gov. Pat McCrory, assigns 40 percent to statewide mobility, 30 percent regional, and 30 percent division projects, with local input strongest on division projects.
