Seven Falls settlement reshapes payouts for buyers and owners
In a mediated deal, Alexander clients receive about 2.63 million for 39 lots while other groups share 1.89 million and smaller allocations. The accord reallocates 1.3 million from four groups to favor early investors who paid higher prices, with developers from Florida contemplating a new plan for the 74 lots and a possible modest redevelopment of the Seven Falls site.
